When will the wreaths arrive?
You may request an approximate arrival date on the order form and
we will ship to arrive as near to that date as UPS permits.
How are the wreaths packaged?
The EZ Plan wreaths are individually packaged and shipped directly to your customer.
How are the wreaths shipped?
We ship via UPS unless otherwise requested.
What are the shipping costs?
The EZ Plan prices include shipping charges for 48 states via UPS ground.
How long will the wreaths last?
The wreaths should last approximately three weeks outside. They may dry out if they are indoors.
Is there a guarantee?
The wreaths are guaranteed to arrive forest fresh.
Do you have a return policy?
The wreaths will arrive forest fresh, but they are perishable.
The wreaths can not be returned to Christmas Forest if they are not sold by your group.
Only order what you need. We suggest pre-selling the wreaths before you place your order with Christmas Forest.
How can we pre-sell the wreaths?
Display a sample wreath, brochure, and order forms at sporting events, school functions, bazaars, church functions, or shopping centers.
Are the wreaths already decorated?
The wreaths are decorated with pine cones.
The bows are packaged separately during shipping.
The bows are easy to attach.
When is payment due?
Please pay for the EZ Plan when you order. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and checks.
Will my name or those of my customers be shared with another company?
We do not share the names of our customers with any other company for any reason.
When should I place my order?
Please place your EZ Plan orders at least 10 days in advance of the arrival date.
