Yes, if you love the wreath but would like a different bow, please call 1-800-637-9627 and we will help.

Please place your order at least 7 days in advance of the arrival date for UPS ground. Expedited shipping is available.

There is a 10% discount for orders of 10 or more products. We would be delighted to send wreaths to your entire personal or corporate gift list.

Yes, please call us or email us if you want a gift card enclosed. Otherwise, we enter the greeting on the outside of the shipping box.

We accept all major credit cards on our secure order form as well as for telephone orders. You may use our fax order form or the order form you received from us to mail in with your check.

Yes, login and go to Add and Manage Addresses. Add, delete or make changes to your gift recipient list. Changes in Add and Manage Addresses will not update the change in an existing order. Call 1-800-637-9627 for help with changes to existing orders.

We respect your privacy. We do not share the names of our customers. If you place an order, we will be sending you a personalized order form next year. We would like to send a brochure to your gift recipients next year, but we will ask your permission first.
